Amok Yoga's clothing is all personally designed by Monica Mok and manufactured in her own factory, ensuring that the garments are best suited for yoga practice. Monica is a senior yoga instructor who is one of the few in Hong Kong to hold a 500-hour certificate from the American Yoga Alliance.
